The Kid's Christmas Tree

December 15, 2008

Well this year I thought it would be fun for the boys to be able to decorate their own tree with whatever they wanted. We found some John Deere and Cars stuff at walmart and I let them take over. We put it downstairs in the TV room. They had fun. Zack has only tipped it over once. He really just tries to play with the stuff on it.

Of course most of the time was spent with Zack kicking the ornaments around like soccer balls. At least he had fun right.

How fun for them.... It looks super cute! Oh, I like your background it's super cute too. Did you make it yourself? You'll have to make me another one sometime. We pretty much have our Christmas shopping done. There are a few things left but we wouldn't have to go up there to get them. So we'll see. I'll let you know if I decide to go. The weather is supposed to be bad all week or I would seriously consider it. Good luck getting yours done... at least you live close to stores, right!

Nichole, your blog is so cute. I don't know how to do the backgrounds, Camille just changes it when she wants too. The tree that the boys did is really cute. We really miss you guys. Love Sheri, Austin and Spencer

The little tree is a cute idea! I'm excited that you are coming to the retreat again. It will be so much fun! I think I'll make my resolution for 2009 to catch up on my scrapbooking :) I didn't even realize that the tickets had gone on sale!
