Fun in the Summer sun! and making paper airplanes, and going to school

So this year when we went to get out the pool to play it had a huge tear in it :( so we had to buy a new one. I still had the baby pool and the slide, but the boys needed a pool. So we headed off to KMart. Good thing they were all on sale :)

When we got it home and I really realized how big it was I told the boys if I couldn't get Chris' compressor to work we weren't blowing it up because I wasn't going to do it with only my hot air :)

Chris went to California with his dad one weekend, so the kids and I went down to my mom's on Sunday. Here they are playing (or trying to play their own version of) croquet.

No that is not a mole on her face, it is chocolate or something.

We went to visit the Larsen Grandparents that day. Here is Triston making paper airplanes with Grandpa.

We invited Jamie and the kids over to play in the pool. The sun was shining and it was hot, it was going to be a great day right, not. It totally started raining like 20 min after they got in.  :)

The girl on the slide is Triston's Girlfriend (friend) Tessa. She is in love with Triston. It is so cute. She is always bringing him flowers and love notes :) Funny thing is is she is in the grade above Triston. Like father like son I guess liking older women.

Zachary was nice enough to let Dani have some of his popsicle.

And she loved every lick :)

We had to get some sunflower shots in Uncle Norman's field before he chopped them down. Dani wasn't exactly thrilled with the weeds, but she did good.

Triston learned how to ride Uncle Jason's bike all by himself even getting started. It is still a little big but he loved it.

Dani wasn't as sure about riding in the Tractor as the boys always have been, so grandma rode with.

Javen was here for a visit. It was really good to see him. He is getting so grown up.

We went to the Zoo this past Saturday with Sheri, Austin, Spencer and Grandma Kolleen. Sheri and Austin stayed with us this weekend, but do you think anyone remembered to get out one of the 5 or 6 cameras around my house and take a few pictures. . . nope!!!

Danika gave up and fell asleep right before we got on the train and didn't wake up till I put her in the car.

Zack had his first day of school today at Ivy Hall Academy. He loved it. He was all smiles when I picked him up. He is of course the biggest in his class. Such a handsome guy though right.

And we are now caught up YAY!!!!!!!!!!
