Happy Birthday to Me!!!

Well last Thursday was my (and Nick's) 28th birthday. Wow. Crazy. I don't really feel that old. Well I told Chris that this year I wasn't going to plan anything for my birthday. Camille had already told me they wanted to take the kids that night, so I was okay with ordering food (since I wasn't going to cook on my birthday) and sit home all night. But my Sweet adorable husband planned a whole night away. He surprised me with a night at the Homestead in Midway. One of my favorite places ever that I haven't been to in sooooo many years. It was so fun. We didn't really do a whole lot but go to dinner at Fanny's, the Homestead's restaurant and hang out in the room the whole time then had a Yummy breakfast and head home, but it was a really nice break. Thanks so much Chris. I love you tonz!!! And thanks to Camille and Mark for taking the kids even though Zack was sick. Love ya.

And the other news is that on Friday (my mom's birthday) we had our ultrasound. And I guess this pregnancy has been different from the others for a reason because we are finally having a GIRL!!! Woohoo. I love my boys tons, but I am very excited to have a girl. I am really excited to start sewing all these cute blankets I have been dreaming of making for my own girl instead of someone else's. It is still a little surreal to think GIRL, but I am getting used to the idea. :)
